Pricing for Phase One is 15 cents per square foot.
Phase Two is the detailed interior cleaning performed after construction is complete. This includes vacuuming carpets, cleaning floors, wiping all kitchen and bathroom surfaces, removing adhesive from doors, interior windows, and appliances, and clearing any remaining debris.
We also remove dust from ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, and windowsills.
This phase does not include cleaning high windows, skylights, or excessive paint or glue cleanup.
Pricing for Phase Two is 20 cents per square foot.
